2024-2025 Public School District Bus Transportation Request & Student Fare Card Request Form
The following public school districts will bus students who live in that school district, as long as the students are in grades K-12 and live within a 10-mile radius from the school:  Abington, Cheltenham, Colonial, Hatboro-Horsham, Lower Merion, Lower Moreland, Norristown Area, Philadelphia, Radnor, Springfield (Montco), Upper Dublin, Upper Merion, Upper Moreland, Wissahickon.

The Philadelphia School District will only bus students in grades 1-6 who live 1.5 miles or more from school, or as an alternative to busing, offer enrollment in their Flat Rate Program which reimburses parents $300.00 a month for providing your own transportation in the morning and afternoon, or $150.00 for providing morning  transportation only. Students older than grade 6 are eligible for a free SEPTA Student Fare Card and can request one by completing this form.

Please note that in the afternoon the public school district buses only pick up from SCH once, at the end of the official school day (3:30 pm).  There is no “late” bus after sports or other extra-curricular activities.

Free bus service is offered under Pennsylvania Act 372 (Non-Public School Busing by Public School Districts for students within a 10-mile Radius).
